Many would say that Andrei Korottchenko is more than just a typical Ontario lawyer. In fact, he is known for his activist tendency, in part because of his status in the Naval Reserve for more than a decade. In that capacity, he has served on naval ships and bases throughout Canada and overseas, as well. As a function of his legal career, Andrei also serves as a member of both the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Associations, in addition to the Toronto Lawyers Association and the Canadian Maritime Law Association.
Ever since he has been a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Ontario Bar Association, Andrei Korottchenko has been conducting continuing legal education seminars. Back in January 2017, Andrei co-presented a presentation at the Motor Truck Council of Canada in Guelph, Ontario, called “Third-Party Contracts.” In June 2016, he also led a presentation on International trade traffic flows to the Association of Transport Law Professionals at a conference in New Orleans, Louisiana.
